GT by Citroën Road v. Concept

So in this time of plentiful easy credits I am looking to expand my garage a little and was wondering which is the better buy, the GT Road Car or the Concept. Which is the best when fully upgraded? Also which handles best and is the fastest overall?

Also I searched and nothing came up so if there is something already about this a link to it would be appreciated.
 
All I know is that:

Concept:
-Only one gear
-I'm pretty sure it can't be upgraded
-Can't be used in endurances
-Fastest in reverse

Road:
-It has gears
-I think it can be upgraded
-You can use it in endurances
-You don't need to spend 2,000cr. to repaint it.

You can try the road version in Arcade mode. Personally, I like the Concept a little more but that's just me.
 
The Concept is AWD and not MR like the Road Car.

Well due to the superb Seasonal Payouts get both ;) (they come in awsome colours)

I personally think the Road Car is faster, but both handle very well.
 
I just bought the concept, has 1 gear and gets 220 solo on Daytona, but it can't refuel, because I was doing decent and ran out of power before lap 17 :( which was the last lap and it can be refueled, just tires, but it can go max speed backwards since it has 1 gear :P I got to 180 backwards
