GT Concept Mercedes Drifting

My first attempt with GT Concept drifting didn't produce many long drifts, like the kind you would see in GT3 with sims, but I've gotten a little better with GT Concept now. Mainly because I found the right car in concept, a FR base car. Here is my video.

Remember, the cars in Concept don't have the option for Sims or any tuner parts to increase your car's HP, you work with what you got. You can only image what I could do if the cars had SIMs on.

A bigger size of that image? I'm going to try and do full screen on the clip with that image and do a screen capture. Hopefully it will be bigger.
 
Well, personaly, I can't stand that song, or the band. Plus, it's the 3rd vid I've seen with that song. Kinda like that stupid Linkin Park song (Faint) that everyone uses. Now that that's out of the way. I think the drifts were quite good, for no sims or HP upgrades:tup:. Good editing, good drifts, bad song. I give it a 7 out of 10. ;)

I agree with the Faint song, i think I used it first with my video, and others just copied, but thats just me thinking. But the song in this video, I haven't heard anyone else use it, however it is very similar to Linkin Park, lol so I don't blame you. Thanks for the comment.

Well Sil, everyone has there own taste in music. But i agree that stuff can get played out. This was my first time hearing this song,a nd i liked it...

The song is called "Head Strong" by Trapt.
I am positive that no one else has used the song for their drifts yet, correct me if I'm wrong.

Lets hope others don't out play the song, like they did with Linkin Park.
 
That's why I just put whatever song I like in my vids. I'm not trying to put catchy, popular songs in my vids. I'm sure you guys remember the type of rap I put in there.

Bryan C used the song in his latest vid. Hell, the name of the vid was "Drift Phenomenon: Headstrong". I have also heard the song in another vid, though I can't remember the name. Don't get me wrong, I understand different people have different taste in music (....duh....). However, some songs do get played out, (some more than others).;)

Really? I didn't know, can you post a link to that video of his?
Personally, its not my type of music much either, but was appropriate for the drifting video.

I had no clue either..:rolleyes: I listen to rap, but its hard finding a good rap song to go well with a drifting video

Give credit where credit is due :) Linkin park is the first "rock" band I listened to - has a touch of hip hop in it.. Rap used to be my choice of music - for a very long time... Sure the faint song has been used many a times (me=guilty!! :)) but still.. just goes to show how good a song it is...

I don't actually care what music an individual choose - if he can make the music work for the vid, then it's all good :) Synchronising the clips with the music - makes it even better :D

So people - use whatever you like - expect critisism coz you can never please everybody :)
 
Nice job Breaker :) It's nice to see a different car in a vid for a change... I found it strange that you didn't have clips of Autumn Ring Reverse - thats e very nice drift track - I used to drift the Z Concept on that track - give it a try... :)
 
very nice video liek the song though i dont really liek that song i heard it to much as i first heard it on nopi opening sequence. very nice drifts also for no upgrades. c ya.
