Gt-One race/road car

Hi, I was looking at some threads when I noticed talk of a gt one ROAD car. I have NTSC and saw a YouTube video of a non-liveried gt one. I was wondering if the road/race car is just an PAL/NTSC difference or if the game has two different versions. Thanks.

Two different for both versions.
The easy way is to look in the guides you have here on the website, you will find all you need. But i have them both on both versions so...
