This week’s theme will be
"White Out"
as chosen by Week 95 Winner
Moglet.




Cars: any White car (No stickers allowed, so no racers)
Tracks: ANY
Phototravel: YES
Further explanation of theme:
In the words of Moglet:
"I love white cars, so want people to photograph the best looking ones! It should also make for some interesting reflections and paintwork clean ups."

You can use layers for overlay and layer adjustments, but not to alter the geometry and original subject matter of the picture: like adding stickers and body kits, and objects that are not in the original image.

darn i wish i could use my bmw update for this :D i'm into this for sure, since i like white cars too.

This is easily my best Photoshop ever. Thank god for free trials! It's going to be hard to go back to 7 from CS2.

welcome to the realm of photoshop users 👍 i dont even know what cs7 was like.
 
i should definitely try CS2. I have 7 right now, and it's a bit...complex to use sometimes. also, I find alot of the tuts are tailored towards CS2, and some things don't seem to transfer over well.
 
This could be interesting; do they have to be ONLY white? or can they be "mostly" white?

CS2 is almost exactly the same as 7, but with more stuff (ie. Lens and Surface blurs). It has an almost identical graphics interface, too.

I'd say as long as the car is at least 80% white it should be fine. No race cars though, nobody wants to see horrible stickers ruining the paintwork!
I might take a picture to fit this theme even if I can't enter. Will be a nice update to my gallery.

Aaargh, something happened to the ground texture, is this a bug or does this just happen at this photomode location? I've tried to fix with a texture map on the ground and some gaussian blur, but to no avail. This one took too much time to do a new entry, I have little time to do any photomode-ing lately so this will have to do :indiff:

I love the theme. White cars look sooo much better in my opinion.

I get pissed when I hear people talk about cs2.:( I have to put up with gimp 2.4. :ouch:
 
Bram, that is an awesome car choice! Nice clean up and I absolutely love the reflections off the passenger side windows. Nice job on adding those! They look awesome.

It always happens there, it's an absolute nightmare! Love the shot though, the reflections are awesome.👍
 
I just took a bunch of decent photos.. I just have to choose which one now.
