And now, just like last time............your move, @Dreadmed![]()
And you didn't; just saw your result on Racenet, so..............congratulations, ChampI'd like to think I can't do any worse than Corsica
Sorry, I needed this one. 😁My run was decent, was fastest initially but I'm sure that I will be beaten comprehensively.
Edit: yes already comprehensively beaten by @RYAN 🤣 cheers mate, couldn't give me a day at the top? 😅
No objections here.If the next season of the GTPlanet league featured Le Maestros content, how many of you wouldn't be able to compete in those events?
I wouldn’t be able. But as a casual player i think others opinion in this weighs more that mine.If the next season of the GTPlanet league featured Le Maestros content, how many of you wouldn't be able to compete in those events?
I still want everyone to be able to compete and enjoy. I think really it only affects the new stages. If I choose the 2012-2016 cars for example, the Mini was moved into that so people can still compete, and every other class was just added too. So it will only affect Brianconnet and Fafe.I wouldn’t be able. But as a casual player i think others opinion in this weighs more that mine.
I'd be in favour, it would be nice to use some of that content until Codemasters see fit to add it to career mode.If the next season of the GTPlanet league featured Le Maestros content, how many of you wouldn't be able to compete in those events?
DittoI'm fine with it (except for my driving skills).
That would be me. I added @MagpieRacer in racenet so I could join GTP club and tried to follow the rest of the season. The game is going to be on PS plus for November so good chance of getting more numbers
Fantastic idea! Great reason to fire up DR2 againHey everyone, thanks so much for the continued support of the GTP WRC League, it's really nice to see that even after a bit of a break between series' there's still strong numbers competing in the Anniversary series. Gives me the motivation to keep new series' coming in the future and with new members joining the league since the PS+ offering of the game as well it's still expanding, so thank you!
On that note, please keep an eye out for a couple of polls I am going to run, I have had a very, very ambitious idea for a GTPlanet World Rally Championship, and I need to understand if it is going to be possible for everyone who would compete, to be able to do.
Here is the idea:
There's been a lot of talk recently about Dirt Rally 2.0 and WRC, the various cars and stages offered between the 2 and how combing the 2 would create the ultimate rally title. Well I want to combine the 2 games to create the ultimate rally championship, utilising the best stages and countries from both games to create the ultimate championship test.
Alongside the best WRC rounds from WRC '24 such as Monte, Kenya, Japan & Portugal, among others, with DR2 classics such as Germany, Wales, Argentina and Australia. The class used would also need to be compatible between the games, this means we will be choosing between Group A, 2.0l WRC or R5 (minus the Space Star).
Each event would technically last a week, but where the following week would be in the alternate game, would be a 2 week cycle to ensure an unbroken series across both games.
Keep an eye out for the polls so we can make sure that this is doable for the majority of players.
In the event the majority can do this across both but there are some that can't, we will have a sort of part time series championship (maybe we will call it the Sebastien Ogier Trophy) so that people can still run a part time campaign in just one of the games to ensure we can still cater for everyone.
