Can someone point me to the link for GTPSP saves? I formatted my card by mistake and I'm not going to start over now. Please help?

Saves can't be used on any other PSP than the one that it was created on. You can thank PD for the crappy decision to lock saves to the original PSP.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

You can get a lot of the cars back by sharing with someone, but all your other progress is gone... maybe it is a good thing that there isn't an actual career mode, parts buying and elaborate tuning that could be lost.

PD, why on earth did you do this. I just bought a psp slim to replace my old phat one that is on its last legs. Now I can't play with my huge collection of cars that I have emassed.

I have to agree with you guys here. It is an ultimate stupid design fault. OK, there a thing such as cheating prevention. But this way the real owners are axed.

I think PD has overreacted about the game save sharing trend on the internet when they made this game. To complete the car collection and gold on the driving challenges is one feat. I guess PD never really considered gamers needing to change PSPs. :(

thanks for the replies. How do I find peeps to share with and how do you do that? Thanks

If you don't have any friends in your location playing GTPSP, I can only think of 2 ways to share/trade and race adhoc:

1) XLINK KAI: You need a PC, Internet Connection, KAI installer and meet up someone in GTPSP Game Arena. The setup is much complicated, though, and I don't use KAI anymore.

2) PS3 ADHOC PARTY: You need a PS3, ADHOC PARTY Application (free download in PSN).Internet Connection(Wired) and meet someone in GAME LOBBIES, create a room and initiate car sharing/trading and even adhoc race. Take note, that both of you should be using the same version of AHP. Euro, US or Japanese. In Adhoc Racing, there will be LAG, if you live far apart, but if you want easy MONEY, this is the quickest way to go.

I have tried both ways and I can say for myself that US, European, and Japanese versions are compatible. The only problem that can arise is Firmware compatibility.

If you like to try this out, VM me and we'll arrange a time to meet up in Adhoc Party.
