Can someone tell me the official site of the GT league or some where I can find or get a rule book?

Several series have a GT League, but you may be able to find what you are looking for here

There are GT championships in a number of countries, not including the GT racing that is part of a multiple class series like the American Le Mans Series, European Le Mans Series, Grand Am, and there may be others. Though, I have never heard of a top, stand alone GT League?

Try the site www.lemans.org that will have downloads of the rules for any le mans class if that is what you want.
