GT Sport - How do you set up a Stock / No tuning lobby??

Can anyone figure out how to set up an online lobby with a restriction on tuning? I don't see the capability to host a room with NO tuning.

The Balance of Performance only seems to balance the HP and Weight differences.

I'd like to host/race in rooms with Spec/Stock cars, no tuning allowed, so we all have the same cars.

That's what I thought ... was really hoping that I was simply missing something. This is truly disappointing. I have zero interest in seeing which driver has the best tuning skills. I'd rather see who has the best driving skills. Bummed.
