I was driving Tokyo Expressway - East Outer Loop and was very dissapointed the way penalties work. After going through the first section, the car behind me rammed me so hard and I got 5 SECOND penalty and he got....0. I thought it was some sort of a joke, but after driving 15 laps it was clear that SR management system is out of order completely.
Please do something about tihs and read PS4 community posts so many people are talking about this issue ....
