how does one get / win the "Toyota GR Supra (Nürburgring 24 Hours Race 2019 Livery)"?

And I have seen the Crown Athlete Safety Car with RED lights on top, the one i have has Blue, are there variations in the lightbars also?

You can't get it anymore. There was a survey a little while back and if you did it, you got the car.

You can change the color of its light bar and flash lights via Racing Items → Light Covers.
The name is still "Normal" and "Yellow", but you can choose the color from blue or red.

You can change the color of light covers on all the Gr.3/Gr.4 cars, 512 BB, McLaren P1 GTR, Crown SC and Mégane SC, as far as I know.

Wow, thank you for that piece of info.
 
Just remember , you lose the white trim and decals if you switch to red lights on the Crown SC and you can't get them back. Edit: You still have the original livery available to use.

I'm pretty sure they decals can be easily recreated with livery editor, but yeah it's an oversight by PD to make them disappear when changing lights :boggled:

The decals always disappear when you enter "Racing Items" menu... I want to change at least the light cover color without removing decals, so I wouldn't ruin their looks or I can replicate the Gr.3 cars from early development version.

Any car that you can change the "light covers" to yellow will lose the decals/original livery.
This is the Gr.4 Viper.

A little late into the new conversation but I think the above may be a bug with the game as before when I changed light covers on serval Gr 3's I did NOT loose the livery on the car.

I will fire up Sport during my holiday at the end of the week and have a look into this and see if I can report back some good news as I believe it is still possible to change the light covers colour but retain the 'car livery'.

Answers at end of week once I've investigated the game!
