GT Sport to GT7 - Cars that transformed from bad to good or vice versa

Have any cars changed markedly for the better or worse?
For example, the Veneno and Vulcan weren't particularly nice cars to drive in GT Sport. Are they better in GT7?
And have any GT Sport gems been botched in their GT7 implementation?
 
Vulcan (my first Invitation car bought) in GT7 is great in my opinion, but to be honest, i didn't drive it in GT Sport so I don't know how bad it was there.

I can tell that Ferrari LaFerrari, which i bought yesterday, seems to be much funnier to drive than in GT Sport, but it isn't too easy. It is still brutal beast, just extremely fun to drive.
