Well, the auto-set is probably at something like 5 or 6 right now, so i suggest you put it up to something like to 18,19,20...
BTW you need a full racing transmission to do this
 
ok then just go to auto-set and your problem shall be fixed........

D Rod... the reason why your Lancer tops out at 130 MPH is because your Gear Ratio is way to low... go under the settings and switch the gear ratio (the thing under the settings with the little blue lines) from 22 to about 33. that will make you accelerate slower but have well over 210 mph
