GT1 and GT2 comparison

i think that the graphics in GT1 are a ****load better than the graphics in GT2.

GT2 has better cars than GT1 and the cars handle a bit more realistic and are no where near as jerky as the cars in GT1.

Power restrictions are gave me the ****s in GT2 where as GT1 had no horsepower restrictions

GT2 has better race prizes, not just cars worth $12 000

Most importantly GT2 has a mag wheels shop


What do all the rest of you think???

And for the record I like GT2 better than GT1 for three reasons:

Ford GT40
Cobra Daytona
Ford GT90

The Cobra Daytona is just about the coolest sounding car in any videogame.

Gt1 was definitely a better looker than Gt2 - but, geez, the depth of Gt2!! The cars!! The bugs!!!

The original GT1 always struck me as much more polished game than GT2. I loved Gt2, and if GT3 had been GT2 with PS2 graphics I'd have been rapt. Not that I don't love GT3.

one of the good things in gt1 was the gear ratio setup, it was better than gt2, you could actually see where your peak power speed would be

it would be good for people that cant afford ps2's if they re-released gt2 and it had gt1's graphics
