GT1 dealership music in GT2

Hello, can't find similar topic here.
Is it possible to make dealership music in GT2 like GT1? I mean like japan side like Subaru dealership in GT1 etc.
I can't find any mods like this, I also tried find the music files from gt1 but it's harder than I thought.
Anyone can help? And if it's known thing i'm sorry I made new topic.
 
As far as I've been told this is impossible. You can replace certain music in the game but the menus for the most part are untouchable.
 
Not impossible I'd say, it would just take more research into the MIDI-style music and exactly how the file formats work. I don't really understand the question though, GT2 already uses remakes of the Japanese GT1 menu music.
 
I suspect OP meant either porting GT1 sequenced music to GT2 or modding GT2 so each dealership has its own music like in GT1. In either case, not enough research has been done to make it feasible yet.
 
If you mean replacing GT2's menu OST with ones from GT1, it's totally possible: you need to replace the GT2 menu music files with the ones you want from GT1. However if you do that, because you need to replace both the instruments file and the tracks themselves, you can't keep tracks from both games, you either use all GT1 tracks (can't mix JP and western releases either), or all GT2 tracks.
