GT2 Arcade Mode Rally Issue

I have Gran Turismo 2 on an emulator and i have an issue, when i enter the menu on the Arcade Mode and select Rally, it says: Rally Car (Dirt Trial Edition). The guest trial is normal or its a bug and what i have to do to run a full rally event?
I am using PSXFin 1.13 emulator (sorry for the stretched image)

Perhaps arcade disc only have a trial version of the rally ... And full verson are on GTdisc
