GT3 F1 woes...

I decided to go after an F1 car today after completeing the S Licence and seeing the preview for the F1 championship section.

So I did the Superspeedway WITHOUT doing the rubber band trick... 100 laps in a Raybrig Honda for just over an hour. As a result I got a blister on my thumb.

What did I get for it... nope... not an F1... a Corvette which I already had :(

So I did the Dream Car championship in a maxed out souped up Gillet Vertigo... blew the field to dust in the first four races then in the 5th the little oil light came on and the car just handled like treacle.

Luckilly I had enough points to afford to finish last in the remaining races... but no still no F1... I got a Mitsubishi FTO LM... however I'm pretty pleased with that prize car... one I never had and its jet black... quite classy looking.

I'll probably try the Dream Car again with the FTO... and use the memory card cheat to just skip the last race... I really want to try the F1's in GT3... the rest is so realsitic... these cars must be the dogs cahoona's.
 
the F1's are lots of fun, but they lose their charm if you drive them too much.
they spank the competition.
 
Hehe same here i got the F090/S on the first try of the Super Speedway Endurance, will be using it on Special Stage Route 11 2nite :Party:
 
If u have the s license then u can go to professional leage. race the final series and ur garanted to get an f1. the 4 prize cars are all f1 cars. if u want to know what ur gonna get before the race then go to www.gtplanet.net. Check out their "ultimate prize car list". it will tell you exactly what cars you will get for completeing a race.
 
I got my F1 on the Polyphony Digital Cup on the first try. Of course its one of my favorite cars to drive if not the favorite.
