this is a .psu file can be used with a real PS2 if you have freemcboot right through launchelf! just go to mass://, select the file, click r1 (i think) then copy, go to your memory card, and click r1 again and do psuPaste!
(if you want to use raw cheatcodes on real ps2 hardware use ps2 cheatdevice https://github.com/israpps/CheatDevicePS2 (requires account to see artifacts, go to the repo it's forked from and check the wiki for documentation, no need for a £35 maxdrive anymore and you can use it with your orogiinal discs!)
Use PS2 Save Converter if you need it on another format.

anyway, what's the point of this?
- for people who actually want to do the licences and time attacks, and basically have a 'clean save with the default game settings', but with the arcade mode single races/cars unlocked because that can be time confuming
- this is also handy for using as a sort of 'base' for other save files if you will.
- maybe useful for being able to test hybrid cars on any track conveniently (on real hardware) is always a good thing. or just if you wanna invite your mates round for 2p battle, you know.
