Seen this on the granturismoworld.com site?
In Ireland they are running a comp to see who can get the fastest times on the Nurburgring with the 350Z GT4 Edition.
Figured we could post times here to see how good the irish are....
Average top time on their site (www.gt4ireland.com) is 7.39.046 at the moment.

Deal is as follows

Nissan 350Z GT4 Edition
Time Trial mode in Arcade Mode
Nurburgring
Can use any settings you like (less weight/more HP)
Any tyres.

My best so far is 7.33.009

holl01 it says you can use any tyres, so give it a run with softs :)
 
Too bad only people who live in Ireland can enter i just did a muck around lap and got 7:28.xxx i can totally see low 7:20's or even sub 7'20's
 
i reckon I was on my way to an at least 7.22.xxx just before but stuffed up the final high speed kink. too mush sideways and unbalanced the car and ruined the lap :(
oh well, will keep trying.
best is a 7.24.014 at the moment...
 
i will definitely get under 7'20, i did a 7'21.718 with medium tires. is it OLR rulz or does anything go in this comp? ie. cutting corners, ect.
 
7'17.317 soft tires, clean, MT, DS2.
 
cutting corners is fine i guess, but that aint real racing is it??
all my times have been manual, no driving aids and using Logitech Driving Force Pro.

Motor Mag in Australia is having the excat same combo for a competition.

I dont think anyone on this world is gonna beat it!
every single corner was done to perfection, i have attached a replay file of this lap, its definitely worth a look.

no i think you can do both.

Enter both if you want but im only trying on the 350z
 
i did a 7'07.978 cheating only 4 times throughout
