Sorry if this has been posted before...

As all people are not so lucky to have been able to play a 'Virtual Drive' disk of the Nurb' yet, either in full or 3 mins, here is what we have to look forward to...

Some guy in this German thread has driven around the Nurb' with a video camera, then driven the GT4 course. He's taken a video screenshot of both versions at the same location and compared them.

THIS has me amazed, screenshots of the Nurb are good and all, but to see them compared in this fashion just adds to my expectation.

Again sorry if everyone has seen this... seeming it's amar212's lap of the Nurb it probably has...
 
I havent seen this before and its a great find. Reminds me of that real life incar video next to the gran turismo version side by side that was posted long ago. Anyway, thanks for the link
 
Strange, I thought all cameras were banned on the 'Ring itself to prevent the organisers from being held liable in the event of an accident resulting in death or injury.

But anyway, that's beside the point. That is one awesome recreation on the part of PD.

They are. We had to pull over and put our cameras in the trunk last Saturday. A friend of mine managed to sneak them in, but somehow they noticed he was taking shots while driving and he was warned when we went on the track for lap 2.

Oh and by the way, he just used existing footage, didn't go on the track for this himself.
