GT4 OPB doesn't have ending movie?

Does the GT4 Online Public Beta remove the ending movie? I was watching someone play the Randomizer and they got real confused as to why it wasn't there after beating the GT World Championship. I've been doing a playthrough myself but I never consciously noticed since I tend to skip those things anyway.
 
Wouldn't be surprised, since it's not the retail version anyway.
 
Yeah, a partner in crime did some deduction and assumed it wasn't in there, on the basis that this was an ephemeral beta that would have only been distributed to a handful of hardcore fans who had already beaten the game.
 
GT4O has all FMVs removed to save space as it's a single layer disc.
