At first I went through the final entries...I didnt see mine I though..."aww man...not this week, man slick is tough"...then re-looked....."oh there it is"...thats good enough for me...Im a winner this week reguardless of outcome 👍

Went with the Nissan Z vs. RX-8...Saw a video of the car test times between the two, and i think they were identical, plus it's nissan vs. mazda, good japanese rivalry there. Oh, and i made the top 20 too! Great job to everyone this week.

There was something I was thinking up a while ago, but not sure it's too exciting or anything... It was "Retro GT". Any car from GT1 on any track from GT1. Like I said, not too exciting, but....

I want to come up with something more artistic and something that will take more creativity. I will be thinking all week, since you are gonna win... AGAIN!👍

In my mind, you are better than you think you are...
(not a slag to Franz either) as Franz consistently comes up with great shots.

Keep coming up with the ideas 👍 Every idea is a good idea (unless the whiney set slag you).

Let's try to harness these ideas somewhere...

and just to let you all know, I'm having a real hard time determining the best shot here. Will re-examine tomorrow.

Thanks ! That's what I thought when I've choose this as my entry. Maybe some more speed effect would be better for the sensation of rivality, but I'm already very proud of that pic.

Okay here's how my voting went:

1st: Vette vs. Viper. Wished that it would have been Chevy Vs. Ford but what can you do? liked the composition on this one. Good action.

If I could have voted for 2nd, 3rd and 4th, this is the way it would have gone:

2nd: Mazda vs. Honda. As always Franz, excellent composition. Good rivalry, but (in my mind) lacked a bit of intensity for a rivalry. Needed a wiff of smoke or some slap and tickle.

3rd: Toyota Supra vs. Nissan 240SX. The reason being (and this is a totally personal reason), I've owned both Nissan and a Toy, I like the rivalry. Composition was good, but (my opinion) could have been a tighter shot.

4th: Jumping Trucks. Don't know why. Can't stand trucks, shot was a bit dark, but hey, that is in the shade in Seattle... but a good rivaly. Chevy truck guys hate Dodge truck guys and vice-versa.
Could be why Calvin (of '& Hobbes' fame) is so busy pi**ing on 'the other guys' logos.

Some of the others I had to scratch my head to figure out what the rivalry was...
