GT4:Prologue 2004 Toyota Special Edition Series

I've posted this at other GT Forums but I'll repeat myself

I was wondering if someone wanted to race with the GT4

2004 toyota edition. I just got the demo and I wanted to see how I'm doing compared to you masters....

I guess the best track would be Fuji with the MTRC. Arcade tires and any prefs for driver aid.

Rules: just clean driving, no shortcuts or anything..

Anyone interested?

I don't think many people actually have this Toyota Edition. I have it myself and I only played for about 10 mins before putting it back in my "collector section". GT4

will be released in less than 3 weeks, I think most people are waiting for this.
Moreover, there is no saving on the Toyota Edition. How could someone prove a time, except by taking a picture of the screen :odd:

Yeah... I suppose honesty could be the solution as long as there is nothing to win except other people's consideration (admiration ?) As I recall, my best (and only) lap on Fuji with the MTRC was around 1'49, with a lot of time spent in the grass or gravel

yeah, the average lap is about 1'49.500..
My fastest clean lap was :
MTRC/Fuji/street/no TCS/no VSC 1'49.419

I just tried it and spent a lot of time spinning in the grass. I had a 1'42 though, with a nice cut-through in the chicane... Sorry.

well if you're talking about going through the grass and with arcade tires im guessing, then I can get a good 1'30.

I suppose so.
I had disabled assistances and I chose the 3rd type of tires. Don't remember what it was called however. I'm busy with the GT40 SuperCup tonight but I'll give it another try during the week. (Paid 33 for that disc with only 2 cars and 2 tracks, maybe playing with it would make the investiment less painful

)

I seems nobody does... or they don't remember it :lol:

I haven't used it since my previous post though, and I'm not even playing at GT4

rologue anymore, I'm back with the good ol' GT3.
