gt4 release... soon!

In the computers where I work (GameStop) it was saying March for the longest time. The other day it changed to 02/04. Was definately a good sign.:D
 
No, both of you are wrong. GT4 comes out April 23, 2004.

GT4 Prologue, now that's a different story, but who cares about that game? It has only one track.
 
Rather wait for a complete game, if u know what i mean.....

Why is there so many threads on this, theres only so many paces with different dates to post and we go throught them all every time.
 
Why don't we all just stop talking about dates and just wait until PD sets a release date themself; I think that's the time to make a thread and tell someone. Or just wait until it comes out for that matter.
EDIT: Well since this thread was made to discuss the date I might as well just say that my Tips&Tricks magazine I just got today says it should be released in January. So you never know.
 
No don't expect the game until after Januarary, at least March or April because you all know how much of a perfectionist Kaz is and if the game isn't perfect he won't release it thats why he is releasing GT4 Prolgue so he has extra time to make the complete game. Although I doubt I will buy the Prologue version but then again.

You're forgeting one important detail though. Tips & Tricks sucks. They really, really suck. I get T&T, but not for long. I get one more issue, and then that's it. It used to be a good magazine, but they ruined it. Everything they do now is for little kids; games, articles, reviews, etc.
They got rid of everything that was good; reporters, writers, features, etc.

The only info I can find about GT4 in this issue is in their monthly game release guide, and that thing is never correct.
 
That happens to be my birthday, oh what a day it will be :) If true :(
 
I love how people actually think they possess any indication of a US release date.

We'll know the true release date when stores begin getting their GT4 shipments...

That would be more appropriate since this release date issue has been such a circus, but people wont take you seriously if you use that date, so...

That's amusing. Since when did you find your local EB clerk to be a knowledgeable source on games? And when, in the history of GranTurismo, has anyone EVER had an accurate release date?

Look me up on 6 January, Anthony.

(I admire your resolve to bring us the latest news, but the fact is that a new 'release date' is not news -- it's fallacy, plain and simple.)
