Quick Guide To Replay Checking:
check the race summary, check that the tyres are racing soft and that the power is 484 for the Honda and 441 for the Nissan hp
firstly, check the replay from the farthest top view (press R1 twice as soon as the race starts then X if you need to switch to the outside camera)
secondly, check the replay from the same view but in reverse (press L1)
if you suspect more than two wheels leave the track, freeze the replay ('Select' button) to enter photomode
if you suspect contact with a wall, check the data logger for any sudden spike in the cars speed under full throttle.
Congrats to all! I bet no one has ever had 6 consecutive 3rd places like me. Nice run from arora, challenging division 1. And with Hugo on track, our goal can only be the second place, so congratulations to superwally too
If I have to get spanked, at least it's by Hugo! Nice run and excellent LAN work this weekend. Nice runs by some fast D2 folks as well.
Congrats to all the division winners, and to CMir for the unprecedented string of thirds! You and I are neck and neck most weeks, and I always look at your splits as a reference for where I should be. I really thought you had me this week, I gave up a couple tenths with the NSX in the final roundabout and never felt all that confident in the Nissan.
What a blast this week was. I liked using the NSX ghost to improve my Nissan splits, and vice versa. The paddles on my DFP pretty much died in the middle of my session, and I'm not a big fan of the location of the shifter (I tend to bonk it down a gear just reaching for it), but using auto is not an option. Hopefully I can get in there and fix the paddles, I'll have to hunt down that "how to" thread here on GTP.
I wish Hugo was the only one spanking me ... wait ... that doesn't come out quite right ... I meant ... sigh ... Great runs guys, it's definitely a challenge keeping up with you all, maybe next week. Can't blame the equipment, I had similar problems with the paddles on the DFP and I fixed them by getting a G25. The steering on the Honda on the other hand, I'd swear a trailing arm or two was broken the way that thing understeered in that twisty bit
Congrats to all who ran this one 👍 Not easy to stay clear of the walls x 2.
Had alot of fun with this one and pressed pretty hard, to bad I could never get that last sector right when I needed it (I see the tops killing me by .2 there). Here are my replays, don't know which is which.
Congratulations to Hugo for really turning it up at NY this week....👍
congrats to the other golds as well, especialy 006r in your 1st week
i commented earlier that i thought NY was easy to keep clean,
and i see now i didn't push hard enough
i think my wheel may be going also, it was doing weird stuff on the last corner and felt limp at times w/ weird vibrations
so if any one finds the "how to" thread, please post where its found thanx
it was a cool combo as always
Enjoyed the combo but, once more, not able to climb the silver lower wall... Well done to all of you fast guys... very fast guys... desperately fast guys!
All hail the maestro "Hugo." There's a reason they call him the "Boss."
Congrats to all the Div winners and podiums.
What the heck happened in div III? where are all the drivers? Common folks let's jump in there........the water's fine! I had two days to run and still managed to post a time. Sjaak works hard to work up these combos and deserves our support! 👍👍👍
Will be interesting to run against the ghost, for the most part up to T2 I was taking exactly the same line. I was trying to stay tight to the kerb in T3 before the straight, probably where I lost the most time.
Thanks for checking Strop If you're speaking of the roundy at the end, I lost time there also, but the line I took on those runs consistantly produced a clean end
Congrats on a solid first finish 006r, and congrats on conquering the max drive 👍 Both runs are clean.
Well done guys and a super well done goes to my buddy Arora (Erik), great job and you kicked my butt too haha. 👍
So i guess im bad for i feel asleep on submission day and missed it
Vexd what happen to your finishes, with 59.4's you should have kick my 59.7's in to touch. But i beat you lol... no wait you beat me for i no subbed lol but my time was better .
congrats to all the golds of the week! I did not have much interest in this weeks WRS but I can't use that as any kind of excuse. Special cheers to 006r for taking to div2 in his first week here. Hopefully I'll be able to give div2 some more competition this week even though rally is not my forte. Also cheers to Arora for taking to all of d2 and 4th overall. Over and out let's hit up some dirt! Busting out the df(yeah the original) for this week and maybe for a while.
