Quick Guide To Replay Checking:

1. check the race summary, check that the tyres are Sports - Soft and that the power is 124 hp
2. firstly, check the replay from the farthest top view (press R1 twice as soon as the race starts then X if you need to switch to the outside camera)
3. secondly, check the replay from the same view but in reverse (press L1)
4. if you suspect more than two wheels leave the track, freeze the replay ('Select' button) to enter photomode
5. if you suspect contact with a wall, check the data logger for any sudden spike in the cars speed under full throttle.

WOW-wicked laps being run, folks. Nice work everyone, great participation for a multi-lapper. I was baffled by this one, could run two laps back to back that felt the same but end up being almost a second different in lap time. Maybe running against the ghost in a practice session would have provided some answers, but I didn't dare reset the race for fear of never finding the Citroen again.

I didn't find time for that one, I played just once, too many laps as well. I notice only 3 people from div2 took part

Great combo and the times IMHO were amazing. I did submit early this week for fear of an ice storm taking out power for a couple of days but I doubt I'd have done much better than what I posted. Nice turn out guys for this multi-lapper

my first lap was a 1'34.1, which i think cost me second or be it a good chuck of time but you did a better job CMir

Great race, I loved it. 👍 My absolute limit was a 1'52.5 laptime but I was not very consistant so I think I only had 1 lap at 1'52. Still, I'm happy to be only 3 seconds behind Hugo.

Let's do more long races 👍

Congrats to all div winners, and indeed to everybody who managed to keep it together for the 10 laps. It was a great week indeed. I enjoyed it very much and 2nd place is a real bonus, because I wasn't expecting a podium finish this week

Here's my replay. Wish I could say it was 100% clean, but AI got me once during a pass But to my knowledge it's still within the rules for div3 for this week.

OnlyMe, steady driving 👍 I checked your replay and counted one AI touch and a wall touch as a result of that encounter with the Xsara. So your replay passed

Here is my replay. Only gave it about 3 full tries. I probably should have ran some time trial sessions to really get a feel for the car instead of trying to get the Xsara to pop up every day! Oh well. I wish I had been able to stay out in front of the Xsara as well. That would have been much more entertaining.

Mtbiker's clean - one possible wall touch before the pits on lap 5 (didn't investigate further as there were no other potential touches) and no AI touches. 👍

Here's my replay

For whoever checks it - since it takes a while to get through the ten laps - you'll find a close call at about 45 seconds of lap 8, a wall touch at around 56 seconds of lap 8 and, although not close, you may want to enter photomode at the pit entry of lap 9 as the wall blocks your view of the right side of the car.

I checked Mr P's race. 100% clean. One word: consistancy. So consistant that watching it became quite boring Apart from one lap, you were always in the 53.2-53.4 range. Compared to me, you lose time entering both the sector 2 complexes, though I guess that would be easier with a wheel. Also, you have a different approach than me at the pit entrance. You brake at the left-hander and lift at the entrance right-hander, as I brake less for the first one and have another slight tap of the brakes at the second. I think this cost you 1 tenth each lap.

I also tried to check Hugo's but I have the usual problem: the file transfers but does not load at the replay theatre.

Thanks for checking Cmir 👍 and I'm sorry it was so boring also I suppose I should stick to hotlapping as 10 laps can be tedious when you stuff it on lap 9 my worst attempt at this race was ... I done 8 nice laps and on lap 9 when pitting I put the pit stop on Bspec by mistake and bloomin Bspec Bob decided to race lap 9 and wrecked my race I couldn't turn the sucker off

Cmir - 10 laps in the Green Lotus S1 - Correct specs - 100% clean - fastest lap with pit 1'52.8xx Nice work
Hugo - 10 laps in the Yellow Lotus S1 - Correct specs - 100% clean - fastest lap with pit 1'52.4xx Nice work

It was pretty much out of my league racing against the wheelers in this combo as my best time of the week was only 1.2 secs faster than my submitted time which was still miles off Excellent drive by both 1st and 2nd place drivers 👍 I noticed Hugo let his race down with his only 1'53.0 lap at around lap 9 and all the rest with a pit were 1'52's

I'll review a couple more times as I don't believe that a photo could show contact as it looks to be plastic barriers beyond an invisible wall. If it is a slide that resulted in the loss of speed his replay is clean. One AI touch and one wall touch. The AI touch was from the AI contacting his vehicle through the first corner set after exiting the pits. He exited ahead of the AI and it contacted his rear bumper. I don't know if those are ruled as contact or if scored contacts have to be from direct contact from player to AI. We'll wait to see what 01gtp has to say about the possible contact at 45 seconds into lap 8.

AI Contact is contact regardless of how it happens.

That 9th lap was a bit of a disappointment indeed Like if I were a natural born Brit a four-lettered word flew out of my mouth as soon as I saw that 3 appear on the screen

Here is what I think of 2078TM's replay. I agree with the AI contact. Lap 8 45 seconds is definitely contact. If you watch in display or normal replay mode it has a better vantage point to watch the contact. I have been looking at the lap 9 pit entry and can not confirm contact. As for using the analyzer I guess that only works with single laps...? Photos won't work either as they can be manipulated to look like contact if you want them to. If you were off track photos would work. In closing I have to say that is at least two wall contacts and 1 AI.

Just a reminder to all; if you have any doubts about the cleanliness of a replay before submission then consider it dirty and run it again. Another good method if you have doubts, is to ask someone for a second opinion before submitting your time. 👍

Sorry this is taking so long, but I can't seem to get this post to stay here. This is my third attempt, so its short. Lap 8 at about 1 minute in, the AI contact to me is 1 contact, but I would like a second opinion. Lap 9 pit entrance needs to be double checked also. There is wall contact on laps 1 and 5. There is AI contact on lap 2. Besides those its clean and the correct specs. To me I would give it the green flag.
