This thread will be listed as "Unofficial" and will become "Official" when all posted replays have been checked. After 7 days, any racers achieving a Gold time who do not provide a replay will have their lap disqualified.

Quick Guide To Replay Checking:

1. check the race summary, check that the tyres are Normal – Economy and that the power is 142 hp
2. firstly, check the replay from the farthest top view (press R1 twice as soon as the race starts then X if you need to switch to the outside camera)
3. secondly, check the replay from the same view but in reverse (press L1)
4. if you suspect more than two wheels leave the track, freeze the replay ('Select' button) to enter photomode
5. if you suspect contact with a wall, check the data logger for any sudden spike in the cars speed under full throttle.

Well done to all podiums and all that submitted, quite the turnout in D3.
Zikwik, we were thinking the winner would be in the 1'14.9's, but the .7's is quick.
I was hoping the replay is NTSC, but you probably are not that far from Paris.

I'll EDIT in my replay if the thread doesn't have too many posts by then.
I must first run some laps at the ring.

I plan on winning week 170 as I really love that track. As I've said before, I (we) run this track once a week during our LAN sessions. So to Jake, chukabilly , georgetheracer and EDK (we have all run this track together) lets put up a good showing next week. I'm sure we all will be competitive with this combo.

Also great job by the other gold times, Jim, Ricardo and Andy.

My NTSC replay is attached. If not for this lap, I think I would have been within 0.1 of Raz_10.

And this replay is a two fer. If you are going to grab it, go get my week 168 replay from that thread while you are at it.

Grabbing Kenny's replay now, back with a report in a few minutes.

EDIT: Kenny's lap is clean and green with the correct specs, including E tires. 👍

I also tried to review Chuck's 165 lap. It was not corrupt this time, but it was a copy of week 166. By the way, some nice driving, Chuck. 👍 You used the whole track, that was my issue.

While I was copying my file I saw that my back tire went out the rumble strip right after the Dunlop arch
I was quiet sure it was clean until I saw the replay with a magnifying glass

I really had lot of fun with this combo ! Actually, I have been away from this game for months so I'm a bit rusty , but I love Tsukuba and it's probably the only track where I still have my marks (perhaps because it's the shortest and simplest circuit of the game ).

Zikwik, we were thinking the winner would be in the 1'14.9's, but the .7's is quick.

I guess it's because I've been lucky to get nearly all my best sectors in the same lap ^^.

Yep, unfortunately, as a french guy living next to Paris my replay is PAL so it's not gonna work with your console, I don't have any device to make a video of it either so it seems like you (and all other NTSC guys) won't be able to watch it (unless another PAL guy can do it ).

By the way, I will post it as soon as possible but for now I can't since for some reason my Xport refuses to work .

The tires and the brakes didn't work very well for that, so I had to get it slowed down somehow.

Yet another clean lap by jmgyro. It has the correct specs also.
It certainly looked real slow after watching the Citta di Aria lap just momets before.
Some engine braking also and I see you chose to stay in 3rd before the Dunlop arch and hit 5th before the last bend.

Thanks for the congrats and the video, Hekke.

I see after watching the replays from Tsukuba that I was going into the corners too deeply. The only corners I did well on were just after t2 and the last bend.

I just watched Andy2125's rediffusion and his car has always at least two wheels on the track (its specs are correct) so it's perfectly clean and he deserves a green flag !

Guys, we really need to make sure that we check our replays before submission. Not only is it important for your own integrity within the OLR scene, it's also very important to maintain the integrity of the WRS. 👍
