Important notice:
To streamline the WRS administration process, all replays for this race must be submitted within 7 days. This thread will be listed as "Unofficial" and will become "Official" when all posted replays have been checked. After 7 days, any racers achieving a Gold time who do not provide a replay will have their lap disqualified.

Quick Guide To Replay Checking:
  1. check the race summary, check that the tyres are Racing - Mediums and that the power is 359 hp
  2. firstly, check the replay from the farthest top view (press R1 twice as soon as the race starts then X if you need to switch to the outside camera)
  3. secondly, check the replay from the same view but in reverse (press L1)
  4. if you suspect more than two wheels leave the track, freeze the replay ('Select' button) to enter photomode
  5. if you suspect contact with a wall, check the data logger for any sudden spike in the cars speed under full throttle.

Jimmy - Welcome to the WRS, and great lap on your first week. Glad to see you getting a replay up here right away, I hope all the new guys can follow this standard. 👍

Congrats also to :bowdown: Zikwik, Andy, and of course all of the other golds. Awesome turnout this week and I wish I'd have had time to put my best foot forward.

Who'd have thought WRS would flourish like this in a time when many drivers are diverted towards Prologue?

Great time to pull out of the bag there, Andy!! I think it's becoming more and more clear that you're DIV2-material :p

I'll try to get a quick session in for week 173 as me and Andy are leaving for 2 weeks in France this Friday.
 
Relax, as Sphinx stated in his post, this week (and most weeks for that matter) only Gold times have to submit replay.
 
I'm a happy puppy with a podium finish in my very first race. :)

It is the first time I've been using a wheel (G25) to race in GT4 (that game has been collecting dust for over a year) and am very surprised that it handles very similar when racing GT5p. 👍

You used the curbs in the tunnels (except the last tunnel, which you had great exit speed) very well. I try to stay off them as the car becomes hard to handle for me. I need to practice using those curbs more.

Usually only the golds need to upload a replay of their lap. If you have plans to win combos in your division you should purchase a MAX drive as a bridge between PS2 and PC.
 
Congratulations to all those gold times this week. Some really nice times in all divisions and a great turnout as well.

Looking forward to Midfield and another outstanding combo by our Steward, should be an interesting week with those racing compounds Jerry!

Thanks for checking my replays Kenny. Using the curb in the tunnel before T2 isn't the best thing, if I had done it like the last tunnel then I would of gotten another tenth, it's just good to know how to use them so you can salvage a decent clean time.

Very well driven, especially the esses before the first tunnel.
The last tight right hander was the only trouble spot you had all lap.
Clean and green as they say.

Nicely driven with a very close call leading into the first concrete section just after t1.
