Why does the 250GT come with racing transmission, suspension and tires, but stock brakes, yet the Ford GT40 mk1 or iV (I foget which it is), only comes with Hard Sports tires and naff all racing parts ?
Was the GT40 not built specifically to compete in Sports Car races against Ferraris in the 1960s ?
I'm wondering if this difference is deliberate, or just another case of arbitrary decision-making by PD?
IMO, I find the GT40 a challenge to drive at stock, but the 250GT is like being on rails, and needs at least 2 grades of tires lower to be a challenge.
