GT5 1.03 New Graphic Bugs?

Not sure if these were present prior to 1.03 (possibly they were its just probably because I've just checked out different tracks)

First glitch is on the SS7 night stage WITHOUT rain - massive sections of track and walls where a bright magenta colour can be seen

Second glitch I've seen since is when you generate a track using the Alaska theme but have the weather set to sunny and have the time set to 18:00 - I've noticed a dark texture 'line' through the sky just above the distant mountains.

The third glitch I've just seen this morning was in the used car dealer - The Ford Focus ST170 model - it looks as if there are black triangles in the wheel arches, you can only see these when the car rotates to be side on to your view and they disappear as the car rotates to an angle.

Can anyone confirm these graphic bugs where here before 1.03?

I did notice that a few times. On SSR7, walls, sections of track (at the toll both loop especially) would turn blue or pink. I wonder if it has something to do with the PS3 overheating, as the glitches look like the same artifacts I get when my overclocked PC 3d video card overheats.
 
That glitch has nothing to do with the patch. I've had it happen to me on and off from the day I got the game. It seems to happen quite often around the second hairpin...

I find that track to be glitchy in general, the lighting really is awful, it has a 'grided' look to it.
 
mmm... read a few posts... glad im not the only one lol... but like how about a shadows off/on switch??? i mean hello??? or like a usb thing like the n64 exp pack so the damb ps3 can handle it!!! grrr... lol... but seriously this sux $300 for a dent tin to begin with, thank god some on cancelled their order, still that 1 was still damaged 2, like would 1 sheet of bubble rap around the lid even.. be so much to ask for, PD i dont know weather to laugh or cry :( 5 years,,, buying the ps3 when it came out 4 $1000 just so i could get gt5 as soon as it came out... funny it doesnt support sinc/ unable to produce a 3d image... grrrr... so not cool, playstation/ PD shame on u... shame shame shame......................................................................................... think i hear a 360 calling??? helloooooo??? forza wants u... m engine swaps
