GT5 bug - arcade

I have a problem on arcade every time I want to try out a new car.. The only cars that pop up to race against are GT by citroen concepts. Am I doing something wrong? I can't race against any other cars on arcade mode except for the GT citroen concept.. I tried downgrading my enzo, and nothing worked. Then i tried the mclaren f1, slr mclaren, and still I could only race against the GT by citroen concept. It's getting pretty frustrating, can anyone help me?

Happens with all the cars too. Not just one
 
It's probably a bug.
 
Very peculiar. Though slightly extreme, try deleting the GT5 game data, then reinstall it. You don't have to delete your save. Hopefully this will resolve your issue. Let me know how it goes. 👍

Imagine he deletes the wrong file now. lol
 
i think it happens when you have an already high powered car like an Audi r8 v10 and upgraded it max. You will then only race against GTs because its the fastest car that can give your car a good competition.
 
Try a cheap, or slower car?

I've only done one race in arcade, I selected my caterham and got a mix of R8s, ZR1s, SLSs, etc. I'm guessing it's based on your selection, but the selection for the AI may be a bit off.
 
power restriction i think same for me
 
It's trying to pick cars with similar grip/power, I think (as already suggested above).
 
Yeah turns out it's not anything involved with tuned cars, just tires. I have to race with sports: hard tires for super cars or ill just race against a bunch of gt by citroens
