GT5 car downloads question

Hi everyone, i just had a question about how the dlc cars work. My question is that if you can download a car off of dlc that was not available to the game at the time it released, couldnt you somehow create a car using computer software, put it on some kind of similar file, and download it to the game? I highly doubt it is possible but there are a lot of cars the game doesnt have that i would like to see. Another download that would be cool would be to extract a car somehow (ex.eclipse gs) and modify it to 4wd and up the power to make a gsx? at all possible?
 
If you are an EXTREMELY talented code writer with mad hacking skills. That is if I understand that you are speaking of making a car from scratch on your own system.

But then you might get into some legal grey area.
 
@Jeremiah; I don't think it would be illegal, as long as you don't distribute and/or give the public access to the means to do it.

And anyways, this would be incredibly hard to do with GT5, seeing how the game has been out for 2 years, yet we are only just managing to get a peek into the hidden files.
