GT5 Corrupt data file

So last night I finally got enough data on my 3G card to download the new GT5 update 2.03. Just as my PS3 was about to install the update my service provider decided that my connection should be changed.

Long story short, the install failed and this corrupted my GT5 data file. Now my PS3 tries to install the data file again on version 1.00 and then it hangs.

I have to download over 3gb again?

Please tell me there is something I can do!

Did you have a USB save of the game data? If not then I'm afraid that you're in a bit of bother.
 
My GT5 data just disappeared too. 97% done with the game and the piece of **** ps3 froze. Now the data is back to day 1
 
No usb save, but I do still have my profile save. that seems to be unchanged.
It's just the installed data which includes all updates. I'm too scared to start without all the updates as my save file includes all the DLC purchases and the new cars in my garage.

So no game time unless all the updates are done again?
