GT5 DLC Gran Touring Car Series Interest Check

I have an idea for a race series I'd like to manage. I have a good idea of how I want it to run, but I want to know:

1) Interest: Let me know if you'd strongly consider joining the series

2) Suggestions: In the series I took out a couple of the Nissan TC cars to shorten the series to 9 weeks. I don't want to have the series drag on and on for people. Would you rather drive every car, or keep it as is.
Would you prefer Sports Hard tires, or softs?
Should we race at 10am Pacific Time instead?
Things of that nature to help get a consensus on some details of the series.

Here's the general breakdown with the season starting March 2nd, maybe March 9th if people need more time:

Gran Touring Car Series (GTCS) Season I:

Week 1: March 2nd 2013 - 446 PP Mazda Roadster Touring Car @ Trial Mountain Circuit / Reverse

Week 2: March 9th 2013 - 463 PP Honda CR-Z Touring Car @ Autumn Ring

Week 3: March 16th 2013 - 475 PP Toyota PRIUS Touring Car @ Rome Reverse

Week 4: March 23rd 2013 - 539 PP Dodge Challenger SRT8 Touring Car @ Special Stage Route 5

Week 5: March 30th 2013 - 559 PP Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X Touring Car @ Cape Ring

Week 6: April 6th 2013 - 586 PP Subaru IMPREZA Touring Car @ Deep Forest Raceway / Reverse

Week 7: April 13th 2013 - 588 PP Mazda RX-7 Touring Car @ Grand Valley Speedway

Week 8: April 20th 2013 - 627 PP Nissan SKYLINE GT-R R34 Touring Car @ Tokyo R246

Week 9: April 27th 2013 - 643 PP Nissan GT-R R35 Touring Car @ Nurburgring


Series Specs:

The goal of the series is to have some fun, close racing with near identical, well handling cars.
No tuning necessary, just show up and drive 👍
The Season will feature just the GT5 TC DLC cars (not all of them, just most).
Each race will be at least a 1 pitstop race, about 45 minutes or so in length.
This season will feature only 'Original' Gran Turismo tracks, that is, ones that either were created by PD or have been in the series for a while now.
Each week we will get in the next fastest TC car.
We will be following the GTP OLR Rules for the series.

Race Specs:

Stock, Tuning Prohibited. Break-in max PP (varies by car) will be lobby limit.
Sports Medium tires only.
No driving aids of any kind, except ABS 1 allowed.
Normal Tire/Fuel wear.
Weak Draft.


Race Time:

Saturdays, 9am Pacific Standard Time (GMT -8), starting qualification, racing by 9:30am Pacific Standard Time (GMT -8).
Fastest First Grid Start based on Qualification.

Miscellaneous:

Car colors and numbers will hashed out later on in the actual season thread.
All skill levels are welcome, with close racing, the draft may help close the gap!
I'll go through all the lobby race specifics soon and post them here.

You run pp. Never run pp. Put effort into specing the cars to equal out and give them a horsepower and weight rating. Only use pp along with these restrictions to disallow turbos, restrict downforce, or prevent excessive weight ballasting.

I did PP because I'm prohibiting tuning in the lobby (which disallows all turbos and kits). But to cover my bases, I'll restrict PP, HP and Weight 👍 Thanks for the advice buddy!
