Hey guys, anyone who wants to join the GT5 DRIFTERS LEAGUE, please just add my psn: ROTARY_Myles, (guys and girls) and I'll see how good you are, ahah. TRY OUT; we have about 12 members so far and need more, so its just for fun, so come and join :D hahaha
 
Are you going to have an official thread here or just posting for advertisement?
 
Is this a team? If you want members, you might want to make your OP a bit more flashy, just look at the team threads on here, very fancy. People also like to know member names and info on when theyr'e on and what they drift and do. Good luck mate, but more information is needed... and 3 threads/3 posts? no offence but that is most peoples idea of a forum frankenstein
 
Well i am new here , so i dont know how to do that and i dont know how to delete the other ones , also how do you make an official thread? Your help would be appreciated :D
 
Just use "Advanced Editing", if its Official, usually you would have your team name up top or in the Title and your roster.

Click "edit" on the bottom left of your post.
Cram in all the info you want to add and click "save"...
Then get a real nice GT5 photo mode drift shot,
put it in word (or publisher or paint...) add your team name on the photo in a cool font and save it.
If your using a MAC click the wierd looking command button, shift and 4 at once.
a weird looking t thing will show up. go to the corner of your pic, click your mouse and drag it over.
The picture will be saved to your desktop.
Now go to image shack and upload it.
click the forum code, copy it, paste it into your original post and voila a flashy picture for your team.
if you want to get a really fancy and complex OP like the photomode ones, write all the the info under your photo (in word, publisher, paint or whatever)
with a cool background (two tone random shapes work well) and upload it.
If done right your OP will drag in the members.

Also, to change the title, go to edit post, go advanced and change it as you wish.
If you want quick access to your thread go to the top right of any forum on GT Planet and click your username.
Click statistics and "view all threads started by ....." click this one and youre in here, to see all your new members sign up posts ;)

so wait , i get the op , but how do i make an official thread , like southern sliders thread?

Theres no button or anything for it. For example I could make a thread titled 'Team catfish', this would be the official team thread as I have labelled it so.
