Probably most of the following points have been already discussed in several different threads, but I think it would be good to put the ones that I find most frustrating together... hopefully someone at PD will read them and act accordingly

Before starting, let me clarify something: I do like the game, I'm enjoying it a lot and I'll probably keep playing it for months, however, there are many annoying details in it that stop it from being a masterpiece, and what's worse, most of them would have been really easy to implement if PD had higher quality standards and a bit of "gamer vision"

Please note that there are many others (which are not that bad imo), but these are only the frustrating ones:

Here it goes:

1. Lack of difficulty levels/restrictions or at least recommended tune set-ups: One of the most poplar subjects... PD lazyness make lots of people spend hours and hours testing each race to make it fun because there is no challenge unless you make it yourself

2. Online mode: Too much to say here for posting everything, so I'll simply say that it's completely archaic...

3. A-spec approach: +1.000 cars and no way to fit many of them in any challenge. No "what would I like to drive today?" feeling... unless you play arcade mode where you get no money to buy other cars you like

4. Endurance races: Why can't you save the game??? is anyone really going to spend 24h in a row racing without having the PS3 turned on for a whole week? This is also applicable to some championships...

5. Shadows (visuals): It's better not having shadows at all than ruining replays with those flickering awful shadows on such beautiful cars

6. Cars that cannot be sold: I hope anyone can explain me why... especially considering how hard is to earn money without grinding Indy in the American Championship, which as you may know, is pretty boring. I spent almost 5 millions on a Formula 1 car that I'm not planning to use anymore!!!

7. Loading times and its consecuences: Ok, it takes ages to load a race, it wouldn't be a big problem if you didn't have to contiuously get out of the race to change your car, to buy some upgrades (which I have to do a lot due to the testing for making my own challenges) or even if you want to restart a championship during the first race! PD should be more aware of the game limitations and minimize its effects

Please tell me that I'm wrong...

You shouldn't have bothered to do this. We have had a million threads like this, and the Mods are going to lock it. We all understand and have discussed ad nauseum peoples perception of the faults in GT5.

Hey buddy how about starting a thread that states all the good things about GT5 ? Go on be a pioneer !
