GT5 Freezing in A-spec

Hello everyone, I have a problem. My GT5 freezes ALL the time in A-spec/seasonal or sometimes even online. I cant do anything, cant even press the PS Button, everything just freezes and i have to restart my ps3. It all started after the 2.0 update. I never ever had that problem before. It's very frustrating. :ouch: I pretty much cant play the game anymore :banghead:

Does anyone else have this problem? Or is it just me? :nervous:

I've got a problem where the loading of races or practice takes ages and when the loading bar gets to the end, it just stays there It's since I updated PS3 to new software but I don't know if that is the fault or not.
 
I've been having a similar problem too, mostly when i quit a race to go back to the pre race menu.

so far every crash however has been while in the Time Trial Seasonal at Indy =|
