gt5 glitch!

Well i dont know where to post this but i will do it here. Ok then. Well i was on the daytona road course in my X1, i had a collision and went on the grass by the start line. I think i just went into the pits a little and it went into cockpit view. The car braked and then it started to drive by itself! i had no controll over my car at all so i just watched the car race around the track. however i could navigate the start menu. After the race everything was fine and it didnt happen agian the next race. has anybody else had this problem?
 
Yes as has been brought up before (possibly in the "official bug thread" or whatever it was called)

It looks like B-Spec but without the HUD you get with that, right? I've not seen it myself.
