GT5 in PS3 = the end of GT Series in PS2??

GT1 and GT2 in PS1
GT3 and GT4 in PS2
GT5 ... in PS3 (which forces us to buy PS3 )

have PD really push PS2 capability to max at GT4, so the next GT series will be on PS3?
why dont make a clone of GT4 with another variation like portion of cars outside japan? or maybe some other variation wihtin the same core game engine??
i think PS2 owners could live with that..

yet it's still a looong way to go...

yep, they're all focusing on ps3 now. why still develop for ps2? dwelling on the past would be stupid, when they already have the future in their hands.
