GT5 le Mans Tuning

Im new to this website so if its in the wrong forum tell me...

Im not the best tuner...in gt5...or that good... I have a basic set up but i need it to be better...

I am driving the Audi R8 (Team Oraca) and the Minolta
-I want Faster Lap Times at Grand Valley
-I want faster Lap Times at Le Sarthe

plz gimme a set up that can post faster lap times than the following

-grand Valley...Fastest Record....1:38.142
-La Sarthe (2009)...Fastest Record......3:20.179

My assists are
Traction control 1
Abs 1
