GT5 Music, how can I extract or get the songs in FULL quality

Theres a handfull of songs on there I really like. I was wondering how I can get them in CD quality wma or FLAC.

I know you can find the arist name and song name in the music libary, and the easily avalable on youtube, but I am not happy with the quality.

Also out of 169 songs I only like about 4 or 5, so an entire OST would be a waste for me, but If I have to I will get that.
