I got the game to work quite well; however, I can't set up the wheel correctly . Either I get way too much feedback and the wheel spins on straights, or there's no feedback, but the wheel works on springs, so the game is playable. Can I do both? Am I missing something? Thank you very much for suggestions. Also i read and did most off the "ai googling" and this is how i ended up here :_D

Setting a wheel correctly with emulators is such a chore.. I tried to use my T300 with RPCS3 and after many attempts, I gave up and bought a PS3 in a thrift store for little money. Nothing beats real hardware :)

I do have to agree, nothing beats real/original hardware. The only issue is that unless you have an old G29 laying around or the means to get a T300/500, compatibility with modern hardware is frankly nonexistent. I have a G923 (XB1) and that old DriveHub thingy, and I've never managed to get it working on my PS3.

On GT5 with RPCS3, I've been using my Dualsense and ngl, I think it's the best controller experience I've ever had.

However, the ultimate irony is that the inverse is true with GT4; Wheel is amazing on it and controller is like a CS:GO eSports match XD

It's actually surprisingly easy for GT4, PCSX2 straight up emulates a FFB wheel. Iirc all you have to do it make sure your wheel is connected then open PCSX2, go into controller settings then change it from a DualShock2 to the Logitech Driving Force Pro and map your controls.

I'll try to figure somn out for the PS3 GT's, it's somn I've been meaning to do and wanna to anyways. When/if I figure it out, I'll make sure to post here with info on it.

i figured it out somewhat. in my case as i am using g29 logitech, you can switch it to ps3 mode, by pressing both l3 r3 and l1 r1 together while the wheel is set to ps4 mode after few seconds it will spin and you are all set. if anyone figured somethig fancier i would love to read it.

Oh wow, I didn't even know that the G29 could do that.
