GT5 Re-Installatiom

Hey guys, quick question on GT5 game data, well after all the many updates We have had, gt5 has become real buggy for me an I think it's time I reinstall everything, I was wondering how I should do this. Should I just delete game data from xmb an reinstall all of it again or is there a different way, an I have my save data backed up so just wondering what the best thing to do is
 
Just delete the game installed data, no need to delete the game save as they are stored on different files.
