I see all of these threads saying that GT5 is getting boring and this and that. Sometimes it even bores me. But now I jus discovered a whole new meaning to it. Use the Caterhams with all driver aids turned off in drivers view from the cockpit. Race at tracks like monaco, Tsukuba, Spa, Madrid, and other courses. The racing is extremely close, and the tracks are beautiful from the cockpit view (mainly monaco a d spa) Me and my friend just had about a dozen races and I was grinning ear to ear the whole time on how out of control and the closeness of the race. It's a new experience and a must try.

If you liked the Caterham, also try the 512BB on Sports Hards or Sports Mediums, stock power or oil change. Great car for very subtle 4 wheel drifts, 5 degrees or so.

The Jaguar XJ13 and Ford Mark IV also handle amazingly well on Sports Softs with minimum downforce. (A bit more realistic considering they don't have massive wings,) They drive a bit more predictable this way, and with longer braking distances and slower cornering speeds for more fun racing. Plus the Sports Softs give them grooves for photomode. :D

Also, duuude, Yellowbird on Sports Hards (or mediums to make it a little easier). Try racing with that at Spa. :D

Suicide wish?

See, GT5 won't be boring if there were good people to race with.

Finding those racers is hard because:

A) Different time zones

B) Finding them in the first place

We need to start some sort of club on GTPlanet to keep GT5 fun!

Lets start a "Fast & Clean" thread!

there are a lot of online racing leagues, ive joined a few. its the only thing keeping me going to be honest, i could care less about racing in random rooms

GT5 reborn? You could try playing how I have in the past.

I hit L30 A-Spec without using only Premium cars that are gifted from winning races and keeping them completely stock on the tyres they came with.

I bought a '97 Civic at first and used only this and Premium prize cars with my weight added as a ballast to keep the racing fun.
