gt5 rotating camera + skidmarks

im wondering guess that KY puts skid marks and rotating camera in gt5 in forza3 they have skidmarks and a rotating camera while playing in forza3 you can rotate the camera while in gt time trail there is no a rotating camera while and there is no skidmarks auggggh im really pissed of
