GT5 SAVE BUG - Please Help !!

I can't play GT5 anymore, the GT logo apears, but suddenly the screen turns black, and keeps blinking "no signal" but, if I delete my save and start a new game the game works normally, i have a backup of my old save, but I was in the end of the game, I dont wanna start a new game.
Please help
 
Delete the Game Data and reinstall it. That sometimes works.
 
I've done that already, I download all the updates again, but didn't work :indiff:
 
Try create new account and try then..If it work's, I think your save is gone :(
