GT5 Sub-Account Server Error

When I go on my sub-account it comes up with a message that says because the game relys heavily on communication one of the other accounts has the chat setting disabled then I continue and go onto gtmode and then I cant go on community, SE, online collectors dealership or open lobby help me please!
 
Same for me, someone has said its to do with the birth year you assign the sub account?
 
You can log intoyour master account psn on your pc and alter the settings to allow chat to other users but only by logging in on your pc
 
Go into the main account and change the sub accounts settings. I believe that is where you will find it as I am able to use it on my sub account. Can't be more accurate then that though as I can't remember how I did it.
