So, for the first time I got cheated while trading and I got pretty pissed off... :D So I thought we should make a list about the people not to trade with. Is that a good idea? Well, let's go, then!

I think this has merit but I think that a valid reason should be put after persons name for example - I sent him an AE86 painted in Chrome DLC Paint colour and he was going to send me a Viper 0/0/0 but failed to send car after a week etc

Something like that I think would be sensible.
 
The marketplace has a sticky for this already. You can post good or bad reviews about a person during trade.

You should have at least posted this in the marketplace, that's where it belongs.
