GT5 XL Muted/Muffled Audio

I have recently bought a brand new GT5 XL, and I've noticed that there is muted audio when I switch to the camera that shows the car from behind it. I know this isn't supposed to happen because it never did this on my old GT5 disc. There are no scratched on the XL version too.

Does anyone else seem to have this problem, or know how to fix it?
 
Check you audio maybe? Like the settings and see if you have any weird mode on in the GT5 sound?

My GT5 XL audio only cuts out once I go extremely fast.
 
The output of my PS3 took a dive one day while playing GT5. Similar to what you describe. I thought it was the game, then I put in a DVD and discovered that the voice track was affected.

I played around with the settings. Unfortunately, nothing helps. And I'm kinda in a reverse situation of yours. My audio comes in at around 250mph. :/
