Welcome to GT500 World Endurance League. This league will be a 7 month racing league that tours across different racing tracks around the world. If your interested in participating check out the details below or if you have any questions please comment below or send me a pm.
What it's all about?
This league is all about endurance and will power to keep going. Drivers will be tested to there limits and will be dragged through the toughest racing conditions and tracks known to man kind.
Is this really for me?
I strongly suggest if you don't like long races this is not the place for you. Most races will be up to 1 to 2 hours long and will challenge you to keep going.
What is an Endurance race?
An Endurance race is an event that's pretty straight forward. It's just a really long race. Endurance races are particularly based more for experienced drivers. Due to the fact the it's takes skill and you need to be tactical on your pit stops and your racing line to preserve your fuel and tires.
Racing Specs and Details:
No. of Laps: Will be determined by track
Boost: Off
Visible Damage: On
Tire Wear/Fuel Consumption: Normal
Mechanical Damage: Heavy
Track Grip: Real
All Driving aids will be off except ABS.
Penalty: Off
Car Specs and Regulations
PP Limit: 600
Tuning: Allowed
Racing Rules and Regulations:
First Turn Rule:
There are many ways people define the first turn rule but the following will be my version off the rule. This rule states any collisions or wrecks on the first turn of the race will result in points deducted from the drivers Total League Points.
As well as a warning to the driver.
Offenses and DQ's
1st Offense: Points Deducted from Total League Points
2nd Offense: Points Deducted and driver will be Disqualified from Race.
3rd: Offense: Points Deducted and Driver will be Disqualified from race and receive a 2 race suspension.
4th Offense: Driver will be Banned from League.
Race Qualifications and Grid System:
Before each race drivers will receive a 20 to 30 minute period to place a qualification. Once races starts drivers will get in to there starting positions which I will announce through mic and type in chat. Once line up is ready pole driver will lead a lap at max mph of 70 and once lap is completed and pole driver crosses line the race will start.
Points System and Team System:
Drivers will be receive points based on position and if driver receivers pole position that will be an extra 10 points.
1st: 10 Points
2nd: 9 Points
3rd: 8 Points
4th: 7 Points
5th: 6 Points
6th: 5 Points
7th: 4 Points
8th: 3 Points
9th: 2 Points
10th: 1 Points
11th and Below: 0 Points
Team System:
To represent or start a team there must be at least 2 drivers. Which ever team accumulates the most points which will add up by drivers will receive the Sebastian Vettel Redbull Team Award.
Driver Run Through:
Before the qualifying period begins all drivers will be given a run through of rules and regulations.
To participate in this league you must fill out the following application:
Car - Username - PSN Username - Wheel or Controller - Time Zone - Team Name (Only for drivers wishing to represent a team)
