Hey everyone, recently I found out that there are Pictures of dealer history. Once you go to home page, just press the circle button then X. it will take you to a demo session, sometimes these pictures may be seen.

I think there are about 2 or more for each, Ive seen 2 Benz pics, i only posted one so far..
 
I don't know, why do I get the feeling Kaz has lost it including this stuff.
I know its interesting but for the majority of Car/Motorsport gamers out there???
 
I think its important. But they should have a Separate menu for that. It should be in a DEALER section, lets say Toyota dealer section you can choose HISTORY and watch important DATES and Pictures from there. It would also have been more interesting to see videos. People will learn something new. :)

Yeah I get what your saying, he has become so obsessed with gran turismo becoming the last word in automotive heritage and perfection. Its almost as though he is trying to pack in too much stuff and its making the game at times look messy. So other car game would have stuff like this in it (maybe thats its uniqueness?).

This game still has got to sell and appeal to a mass market who usually wants supercars and fun (like PGR, Forza etc), if they want history they will buy a book! I still don't get why some of the cars in GT are there when they are clearly pointless!

For example including the patent wagon in GT4 was a bit barmy even though it looked nice but it was just Kaz thinking that people would want to pretend to be collectors or something!

I think he should spend less time on this stuff and more time on damage, weather and less skylines! Less complexity and more going back to the simple GT formula!

Im not really complaining about this history stuff, a brief fact or two wont do any harm but I hope PD don't start getting too much into it...

I really liked it in GT3(I think) the little blurb about each car. I'd like to see things like this expanded in GT5. A little on the history of each car. Just my two cents. Over and out.

GT2 had information/history on every car in the game. When you went to buy a car, there was an explanation to the left, detailing the history/significance/differences between other models in the line. I have been missing that very much. GT3 didn't really do this to the same extent (an understatement to be sure). I am hoping amongst all hope they put all the car history/info back in the GT series. That info in GT2 really helped in picking the right car, not to mention, increasing your knowledge of the automobile. My .02 cents...

Many of us do like collecting, I do and I also love the museum and all the info data on these cars. I personally like the direction KY is taking GT, which really isnt much different to PS1 GT games with the write up of ever car (something I have missed)
 
a little knowledge is'nt a bad thing when it comes to my fav topic...cars.Forgive me if i crave for the exact specs for a 1975 nissan sylvia ls type x (s10) in all the colours available.Heaven forbid we may actually learn something and broarden our minds!
 
Nothing wrong with haveing the historyof the cars as unv412 said "leran something new and broaden our minds"

Once again GT shows it's more than just another Drivng game
 
Yup I would love to learn and see more info. like JASE72 said there is nothing wrong.
If you wont like to learn then you should not look at the history, just race or whatever you wanna do in GT5, but for people like me, we would really enjoy some history. Like Kaz said before that he wants to put spirit and passion into each car.
 
Last few days I have noticed many new History screens, lots of them actually.
